What Should Be Included in a Private Villa Price in Phuket?
Two Phuket villa prices can look similar and still include very different stays. The safest comparison is not the nightly number alone, but a written list of the bedroom setup, staff, meals, transfers, fees and payment terms attached to it.
First confirm the exact bedroom setup
A large villa may be advertised by its total number of bedrooms while the quote opens only the number needed for the booked group. That can be perfectly reasonable, but it must be clear before payment.
At Grand Villa Luxury Time Phuket, the direct quote shows both the setup included for the guest count and any additional-bedroom charge before contact or payment details are requested.
What our direct villa price includes
For a standard direct stay, the displayed accommodation price includes daily housekeeping, breakfast, Wi-Fi, normal utilities, regular linen changes and use of the villa’s living, pool and entertainment spaces. One-way airport pick-up for up to twelve guests is included, subject to the booking conditions shown on the site.
The live booking page calculates the complete stay amount for the chosen dates and group, including the applicable long-stay discount when available.
Services that need a separate budget
A private chef can prepare lunch or dinner, but groceries are charged separately because the menu and ingredients depend on the guests. Extra transport beyond the included airport pick-up, excursions, massage and other concierge arrangements are also separate unless a written offer says otherwise.
Ask for estimates before arrival, especially when the group wants several chef dinners or a dedicated minivan.
Deposits, payment timing and card fees
A clear quote should separate the accommodation total, the amount due now and any payment-processing fee. Our direct booking flow shows the 50% prepayment and the 3% online card-processing fee before payment. The remaining accommodation balance is due at check-in under the displayed booking terms.
A refundable THB 30,000 security deposit is handled separately. Guests should always read the cancellation and house rules before paying.
A five-minute quote checklist
- Dates, number of nights and number of guests are correct.
- Included and selected bedroom setups are both written down.
- Housekeeping, breakfast, transfers and utilities are specified.
- Chef groceries and optional services are identified separately.
- Prepayment, remaining balance, card fee and security deposit are visible.
